April Daniels is the epitome of resilience, strength, and wisdom. Having been known to the world as a TV personality, an empowerment vessel for women, the wife of the late Lashawn Daniels and still a devoted mother to three amazing young men - April is a boss in her own right.   

Through the years, the world came to know and fall in love with April and Lashawn. They touched the hearts of so many through their fierce loyalty to each other, their children, their careers and with no doubt, their loyalty to Jesus! Together, they helped us all know that loving Him and being the Cool Couple on the block went hand in hand. April has encapsulated all the lessons of love and life from her years with Lashawn. Since his transition, she is learning to soar on her own while living out the evidence of his belief in her.  

Today, April is exploring new avenues of creativity and influence. Author is the newest title added to her list. In her book, slated to be released in 2023, April allows you to peer into her life from the very beginning. In addition to being an author and a designer, she still makes time to encourage, empower and be a source of hope and inspiration to others. The evolution of April has taken you from heartfelt advice within The Girlfriend’s Corner, to her launching her first clothing line Eight: New Beginnings.
